While are prices may be higher than some (sometims lower) please remember we only inspect 1 property a day. This can assure you our only focus is on you and your potential investment.
On average we will spend 4-5 hours at your home not including time to prepare your report.
Indoor Air Quality Testing (Mold Testing)
3 Sample Mold Test (2 outdoor 1 indoor) $299.00
Addl' indoor air samples $49.50
These fees include lab costs and detailed report within 48 hours of lab receipt of samples. We NDA all samples that are taken before 2:00pm.
Additional samples are needed over 1500 sqft.....
We specialize in bank owned homes and REO properties. We realize these homes may have sat empty for awhile and may have mold issues. Call us for a detailed quote on these types of properties.
